ACTIVE CLEANING SERVICES began primarily within the construction industry on sites such as new builds and redevelopments, as well as retail premises and listed housing developments.

As our business has grown, we have added additional services and widened our coverage to nationwide, so we can now keep even more of the UK clean and tidy.

From our head office in Northampton, we provide a uniquely wide selection of cleaning services to many industries, including residential and commercial property, retail shops, hospitality and food, manufacturing and administrative businesses throughout the UK.

Health and Safety

Every effort is made by Active Cleaning & Maintenance Services to ensure that the company and its Employees comply with all Health and Safety legislation.

The site will be assessed for risks prior to the commencement of the contract in accordance with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992.

The company has access to a qualified Training and Safety Consultant who assists the company in maintaining legal compliance with statutes such as the Health and Safety at Work Act, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations.

An Accident Report Book will be supplied for use on the site. We will also duplicate all records in the customers’ own reporting system/book

Personal Protective Equipment.

All staff are provided with suitable protective wear to use in the completion of their tasks.

In addition to my managerial responsibilities, I play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment for our team. I believe in empowering our employees by providing them with the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
